I am thrilled to have my work featured in issue 66 of 

A Needle Pulling Thread magazine, Inspired by Postcards, now available for purchase in both printed and digital formats.

Fabric Postcards are fun to make, fun to receive and can be sent through the mail just like a regular postcard.

Their small size makes these mini works of art the perfect project to experiment with new techniques.

We were given a variety of subjects for inspiration.

Mine was "From The Heart".

"Believe" Fabric Postcard 

This fabric postcard was originally created for the 2020 Canadian Quilters Association Quilted Postcard Challenge and auctioned on Facebook to raise funds for the Glenrose Pediatric Brain Injury Unit in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. 

To date approximately $16,000.00 has been raised through the online sales of the donated postcard.

It was also featured in an article on fabric postcards in  Make Modern Magazine #37
