10:00 to 4:00 (PST)
This is a Hands On workshop from the comfort of your own home.

Just $25. for a fun filled day of sewing.
Pattern handout and after class email support included.

Projects will include a Christmas Stocking (or three), a stunning table runner, fabric gift bags, a Christmas inspired Free Motion Quilting design, a very sweet Seasonal quilt, yummy recipes and much, much more.

Detailed instructions will be given for all projects during class.
Participants will then work on their favourite or favourites with lots of help and encouragement from both myself and the rest of the attendees.

You won’t believe how much sewing you'll get done while you learn new tips, tricks and techniques, meet new friends and visit with those you already know.

Those who attended my Halloween Quilt Along loved learning how to stitch this design.
I love it too so I think I'll make an Autumn table runner just so that I can stitch this in the center.

Join Me For A Halloween Quilt Along


Let's get together on Halloween for lots ot treats, no tricks!

October 31, 10:00 to 4:00 (PDT)

This is a Hands On Virtual Workshop (via Zoom) from the comfort of your own home.

Participants will recieve a Pattern Handout and full after email class support.

We will piece some pumpkins, (who doesn't love pumpkins), some candy corn and even a bat or two with instructions for quilts, tablerunners, placemats, mug rugs and more.

You'll learn a spooky new Free Motion Quilting design as well as how to Thread Sketch with and without Free Motion Raw Edge Applique`.

Of course you can pick and choose the projects you want to do!

The Treat, receive written instructions for all the above projects “witch” will SCREAM Halloween if seasonal fabrics are used.

The Trick, you will learn lots of new techniques, enjoy a fabbooless day of sewing and all projects will magically change from Halloween to any other Season (perhaps Christmas) with just a change of fabric.

I'll even share some yummy recipies with you while we  enjoy a Spooktacular day of sewing.

Cost is only $25.00 for the full day of fun.

  • What to look for in balanced tension.
  • Preparing for success, setting up your machine.
  • Choosing your thread (construction).
  • Choosing your thread (quilting).
  • The importance of choosing the correct needle.
  • How and when to adjust the top tension when piecing, quilting with the walking foot or free motion quilting. (Yes, you can touch that dial.)
  • How and when to adjust the bobbin tension.
  • Common issues when free motion quilting and how to correct them.
