It often happens that new design variations want to appear when I'm stitching or drawing resulting in a whole series of designs that all started with the same inspiration as is clearly visible in designs 264, 265 and 266.
The shapes just flow into one another until you have something completely new and wonderful.
This weeks new Free Motion Quilting design has been named.
The winner was chosen by popular vote (Facebook / Instagram) with a little help from a random name picker at 6:00 PM (PDT) on Sunday, April 17, 2022.
This design is now called “Elf Slippers”.

Unbeknownst to Irene I happen to be reading a fantasy series in which "elves" play a prominent roll.
