Julies Name Game - New Free Motion Quilting Design #124

While teaching a recent Free Motion Ruler Quilting Class I showed the students how to use a large version of this funky star to fill a block.

I began to wonder if it would work as an all over Free Motion Quilting Design and after working out the repeat in a drawing App I have to say that I am very happy with the results.

Now it’s time for you to help me name this weeks new design.

Comment below or on the post for this design on Facebook and/or Instagram to suggest a name or vote for your favourite.

The winner will be chosen by popular vote on Sunday July 28 at 6:00 PM (Pacific).

Oh what fun! This design has its name.

Thank you and congratulations to Linda Rhoades of Council Idahofor susggesting the winning name of "Twinkle"!

Stitch a V shape to Start.

Continue stitching V shapes.
Divide the starting line of the previous V into imaginary thirds and use these points as your crossovers.

The final line will come back to the start to complete the pattern.

A complete star sequence.
Start again from the finishing point or travel down any arm to a new
starting position.

Have fun stitching this new design !
