This new, Free Motion Quilting design has been named.The winner was chosen by popular vote (Facebook & Instagram) at 6:00 PM (PDT) on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
This design is now called “Bittersweet Vine”.

Miriam is from a farm near Dennis, Kansas, USA.
She says that she had a Bittersweet Vine growing on a fence row and that it was really pretty in late fall.
Hand-guided FMQ on a mid-arm machine with 12-weight cotton thread.
I love the extra visual appeal that using a thick thread adds to Free Motion Quilting, especially on country-style quilts.
Just remember to use an appropriate needle and stitch the design large enough to accommodate the thickness of the thread.
